Who you are dealing with

KSTechX is the trading name of Kumara Swamy Technologies, a GST-registered sole proprietorship in Andhra Pradesh, India. Using the shop, the partner console or the app means you accept these terms.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or mobile, or with your Google account. Keep that email and mobile secure — anybody who can read the code can open your account.

One person, one account. Do not share a login, and do not use somebody else’s. If you think your account has been used by someone else, tell us at hello@kstechx.com and we will close it.

We may suspend an account that is used to defraud customers, to place orders nobody intends to pay for, or in any way that breaks the law. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices shown include GST unless the page says otherwise. A price can change before you order; the price you see when you place the order is the one that applies to it.

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it. If something is out of stock, priced wrongly by mistake, or cannot be delivered to you, we may decline the order and refund anything already paid.

Some products are sold against a quotation rather than a fixed price, and some require an advance before work starts. Where that applies the product page says so before you order.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery times are estimates, not promises, and depend on the courier. We deliver across Andhra Pradesh and to other places by arrangement.

The return window and warranty differ by product and are stated on the product page. Devices returned must be complete, undamaged and in their packaging. A product that is faulty on arrival is our problem and we will replace or refund it — tell us at hello@kstechx.com or through the help screen in your account.

Services already performed — a design, a printed job, an installation — cannot be returned once done.

If you are a KSTechX partner

A partner sells KSTechX products without holding stock, and earns a commission on what he sells. There is nothing to pay to join.

• Commission is earned when the money is received, not when the order is placed. An order that is never paid for earns nothing.
• It is paid weekly, on Saturday, into the bank account on your account — less TDS where the law requires us to deduct it. You get a statement of every deduction.
• Your KYC must be complete before any payout. That is a legal requirement on us, not a preference.
• A partner buying for himself earns no commission, and gets the partner price instead. That is the honest version of the same benefit.
• Commission already paid on an order that is later refunded or charged back is recovered from later earnings.

You are an independent business, not an employee of KSTechX. You cannot sign anything, promise anything or collect money in our name beyond what the platform itself does. Telling a customer something about a product that is not true is the one thing that ends a partnership immediately.

Using the app and the console

The prices, customer details and trade information in the partner console are confidential and are yours to use for selling KSTechX products — not to publish, pass on, or use for another business.

Do not attempt to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to store or send anything unlawful.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for delivering what you bought, in the condition described, and for correcting it if we do not. We are not responsible for how a device performs once it is in use beyond its stated warranty, for profits you expected to make and did not, or for a failure caused by something outside our control — a power cut, a network outage, a courier, a bank.

Nothing here removes a right you have under Indian consumer law. Where these terms and that law disagree, the law wins.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may change these terms as the business changes. The date at the top says when they last changed, and a change that materially affects you will be told to you directly.

These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
