How Kumara Swamy Technologies, trading as KSTechX, handles your information.

Who we are
KSTechX is the trading name of Kumara Swamy Technologies, a sole proprietorship registered in Andhra Pradesh, India. We sell payment devices and fintech services, design and printing, power backup and solar systems to shops and small businesses, and we run a partner network through which those products are sold.
This policy covers our website at kstechx.com, the shop at shop.kstechx.com, the partner console at partners.kstechx.com, and the KSTechX Partners mobile app.
What we collect, and why
We collect what we need to sell you something, deliver it, get paid for it and support it afterwards. Nothing here is collected to be sold or traded.
Your name, mobile number and email address
To identify your account, send you a sign-in code, and reach you about an order.
A delivery address
To deliver what you bought. Shared with the courier for that delivery only.
Your orders, quotations and payment records
To fulfil the order and to keep the business records the law requires.
Bank account details — partners, retailers and vendors only
To pay you what you have earned. Stored encrypted, and never shown in full again.
KYC documents — partners, retailers and vendors only
To confirm who you are before money moves, as the law requires of us.
Support messages you send us
To answer them, and to see whether a problem is happening to other people too.
Which products you have bought
To show you the setup guides for those products, and not for others.
A device identifier, if you install the app and allow notifications
So we can tell your phone that a payment arrived or an order moved. It identifies an app installation, not you.
We never see your card or UPI details. Online payments are handled by our payment gateway, Cashfree, on their own pages. Your card number, CVV and UPI PIN are never sent to us and are never stored by us. We are told only whether a payment succeeded, for how much, and a reference number.
Signing in with Google
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google tells us one thing: that you control a particular email address. We use that email to find or create your account, and nothing else. We do not get your password, your contacts, your files or anything else in your Google account, and we cannot act on your behalf anywhere in it.
Signing in with Google never grants a role. It can create an ordinary customer account, and that is all — a partner, retailer, vendor or staff account is only ever created by KSTechX.
Who else sees your information
We use a small number of companies to run the service. They see only what they need to do their part, and none of them may use it for anything else.
Cashfree Payments
Takes payments. Handles your card or UPI details, which we never see.
Railway
Hosts our servers and database.
Cloudinary
Stores product images and uploaded documents.
Brevo
Sends the emails we send you — sign-in codes, order updates.
Google Firebase
Delivers notifications to your phone. Receives the device identifier and the text of the notice, not your account details.
Delivery partners
Receive the name, address and phone number needed for your delivery.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We will disclose it if a court, the police or a regulator lawfully requires us to, and we will tell you when we are permitted to.
A partner or retailer who brought you as a customer can see your name and your orders with KSTechX, because they are the person who serves you. They cannot see your phone number, your email address or your payment details.
How we protect it
Everything travels over an encrypted connection. Bank account numbers are encrypted in our database, so they are unreadable even to someone holding a copy of it. Access to customer information is limited to the staff whose job needs it, every sensitive action is written to an audit log, and sign-in is by a one-time code rather than a password you might reuse elsewhere.
No system is perfectly secure, and anybody who tells you otherwise is selling something. If a breach ever affects your information we will tell you and the authorities, as the law requires.
How long we keep it
Your account and its records stay while your account is open. After it closes we keep what tax and business law requires us to keep — invoices, payments and the records behind them — and delete the rest.
A device identifier for notifications is deleted as soon as you sign out, uninstall the app, or turn notifications off.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information, where the law does not require us to keep it;
- withdraw a consent you gave us, at any time;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot.
Write to hello@kstechx.com and we will answer. Some of it you can do yourself: your account page holds your name and addresses, and notifications can be switched off in the app or on your phone.
Children
KSTechX is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18. If you believe a child’s information has reached us, write to hello@kstechx.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When the service changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top changes too. If a change materially affects you we will tell you directly rather than leaving you to notice.
